Fruit & Vegetable Storage

Who hasn't thrown out some brown lettuce or mushy apples?  You're not alone.  The cost of all that wasted food adds up.  A new study found that for most Americans about $40 a month, or 33 pounds of food, ends up in that trash can.  That is about $500 a year for ONE person!  Here is a handy chart to help you keep all that healthy produce fresh.  Print it out and stick it on your fridge!
